Serapis Bey Raising the Vibration

Serapis Bey is Master of Ancient Wisdom and he is with us today to teach us about raising the vibration and how it effects You!
So to raise your vibration you need to stay positive right?
Hmmm you need to look a little deeper than that.
This is how it works...
Raising you vibration requires that you cleanse every single part of you on all levels and when this happens the Negative, the Pains, the Hurt, the Frustration at others & at life, the realisation of the Truth in this world, and finally the complete understanding of the "Bigger Picture" takes place as the cleansing moves through each chakra. This can take more than 1 lifetime and many are coming to the last stage this lifetime which is why there is currently so much pain and hurt on the individual and World front.
IT is a hard process, IT is not all about light and purity and positivity, IT's about looking at and facing everything that arises from within you and seeing that around you and letting it go and then accepting that there will be more as you raise your vibration even higher!
There are many holistic therapies to assist in the process of raising the vibration but it should not be PUSHED, IT should be allowed at its own pace which is individual for each person.
The key is to be in tune with yourself and then to be KIND to yourself during the processes.
HE Knows, he is after all the MAster of Ancient Wisdom. :)
