Accept that they are parts of Who You are & they Play a vital Role in helping you to Rise to new levels of Higher Consciousness.

Her Energy is so Powerful, i tell you, i had to sit down in or...der to channel this and not fall over!! :)
"I bring you a Visualisation to practice today, in which I will Assist You in Releasing more of the Persistently Occuring Emotion which is leaving you feeling unsatisified in life & unable to move on in Peace.
Each of You knows exactly which emotion this is for You.
So i ask that you make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Now ask Me, Lady Nada, to Join you in this very Powerful Visualisation.
Next visualise that you dig into the centre of your heart and pull out a smallish piece of paper.
Now on that paper write the word of the emotion/feeling that you feel you would strongly like to release in order to set Yourself to be more free to be Your Divine True Self. (as an eg, you might write anger or frustration).
Now next imagine that you write the following on the same paper "I am ready to release you from the centre of my heart, i have no need, anymore, for you to control & hide the Divine True Self I am, I thank you for teaching me & now i comfortably & easily set you free, Good-Bye ........ (write the word you are using)."
Then hand over the piece of paper to Me, Lady Nada, & i will take it to the Great Fire of Transformation & burn it to be reborn as Pure Love.
Complete the Visualisation by seeing me sending You vast amounts of the reborn Pink Rays of Love from the 11th Ray straight into Your Heart.
Feel the Release & know how you are now a step closer to Your True Divine Self.
This is a very powerful yest so Beautiful Visualisation which i am as Joyed to be able to share with You all. You are all ready, take my hand & move peacefully forward." xxx ♥

"Enjoy the Process of your Life. Always aiming to Be Happy in the Future leads to Missing out on the Enjoyment of the Now.
When you ...can find the Joy in Each given Moment & also Place Love into Everything you Do & Say then You become Serene & Everything in Life Flows with Absolute Grace. You can Even see how the Challenging times fall into place on Your Greater Path.
Being Watchful of Your Thoughts, Words & Actions & ensuring they, in themselves, bring You Joy right here right now, erases much discomfort & disharmony from Your Life & Relationships with Others.
If You are feeling disatisfied with Your life, think about what you can be doing Now to feel more Genuine Pure satisfaction. Consider looking into avenues you may never have looked down before that could bring you new founded Joy.
Be Creative, Be Wise, Be Wonderful & Love the Now, Knowing that Every Moment is here to be Enjoyed...
Even the moments of Tears can be rejoiced for they are releasing pent up emotions & making way for the New, Moments of Frustration & Anger can bring in new founded Energy to make positive changes too. Sometimes what we know as Challenges can turn out to be blessings in disguise.
