Know you are the best you can be.
At any given time you are doing the best you can and if you feel you're not, then stop.
Stop and breathe and continue with a cleared mind so you can do your best.
This does not mean being competitive or hard on yourself or to do things ultra fast it means to do things in a way that is kind to you and kind also to the people and things involved in the task you are doing.
Being your best kindest self results in less mental and physical suffering.
