Be the Brave Heart Lion

The Animal Spirit of the Lion is here today to show you that you can be the Brave Fearless Leader you were born to be.
Think of the Lion and how he holds his head so high and hold yours just as high... rise above and show your Brave Face to everyone with Pride.

Cutting the Chords on Self Destroying Behaviour

Today Archangel Michael is here to assist in stopping the struggles we have with ourselves by asking us each to cut the chords on old destructive behavioural patterns & people associated with them in anyway or form.
Call upon Archangel Michael and then visualise the well know practice of cutting chords. Close your eyes and visualise the chords that are between You in the form where you are Perfectly at Peace with Yourself and the You in the form where You are self critical and unkind to your self.
Watch the old self float away into the outer worlds and the True self fill with White Protective Chalk.
Time to start the process where you leave the unwanted forms of You behind and move more and more into the form of You as the Self Loving, Self Caring, Beautiful Being You are here to be.

Archangel Haniel Rose Coloured Glasses

Today give yourself a break from the harshness of the world...
Just for one day use Rose Coloured glasses to view only that which is sending love and joy.
This is a self healing request from Archangel Haniel.

The Golden White Light

The Golden White Light coming from All That Is since 11:11:11 is powerful enough to easily push any and all negative dark energy out of your body...
Practise visualising this Golden White Light energy entering through the top of your head and filtering through your entire body pushing out all the dark.
Your body is left as a vessel of Pure White Light which you can then spread as healing to others of all existence.
Practice this every night before sleep to cleanse out all the darkened negative energy you have assisted in purifying as part of your role as lightworkers on Earth and Beyond!

Star Light Galactic Magician

Creating the world you want to live in.
Ask yourself what it is you want more or less of?
Write a list of this in simple words... no explanation nor detail, no guilt nor shame, no judging yourself, no thinking about these things or planning how you might find them or rid yourself of them. Just put them into simple words onto paper under the heading More or Less.
For example: More Love, Joy, Money, Peace...
Less Fighting, Sadness, Greed, Dishonesty...
Then ask the Galactic Star Light Magician to help you to graciously bring these about into your life and to those whom wish for the same in the greater world.
Keep the list & try not to think about the items you wrote on there for 5 days while the Galactic Star Light Magician gets to work :)

Thor's White Lightening Enlightenment

Whatever frustration it is you are feeling today, STOP, lets take it away from being inside you and place it in the plam of your hand. It is not you, it is simply a passing feeling.
Whether it be sad, angry, overwhelmed, upset, frustrated, whatever it is, it is a passing feeling. Imagine it is a ball of energy in this palm of your hand and laugh at it as it bounces around.
Now ask Thor, the spiritual god of Thunder, Lightening, Storms and Strength to take away, this ball of frustrated energy, and send it into the clouds of the storms to be transformed by the roaring thunder and sent down as White Lightening, the purest white light to be returned to the Earth for ALL Spiritual Enlightenment.

A return from Mummhood with my now 2 year old Twins :)

Hello to Everyone!! Now is the time to speak again...
The Karmic Law of all time is coming to a close... Yes times may feel extremely stressful or down right impossible and like you can take no more... As these times of extreme clearing have been building up and up and up since 11:11:11
But breathe and breathe and breathe again... Slowly & Deeply. For you are stronger than you have ever before know and no-one will take you true inner peaceful power away again... No-One. You will simply not let them.
Let Go of the Old which is so asking to be released and float with the tide which is your New life... Free from Karmic Pain. There will be huge parts of your life including work and people and places, even family that you are releasing... let them go, let them ALL go... This is Karma working itself out and it is your own personal clearing with every lifetime you have lived. You are safe and you are in charge of your own pain... Let it go and the pain is less, hold on and blame yourself or others and the pain continues. The choice is yours... Allow the Karmic clearing or remain drowning in the negative pain.
The new is brilliant and bright and wonderous for you... The support is infinite and the friendships truer than you've ever felt before!
St Germain with his Violet Flame is burning bright within you clearing... Visualize it before sleep or during meditation or when you simply feel enough is enough...
