This is Karma working itself out and it is your own personal clearing with every lifetime you have lived. You are safe and you are in charge of your own pain... Let it go and the pain is less, hold on and blame yourself or others and the pain continues. The choice is yours... Allow the Karmic clearing or remain drowning in the negative pain.
