Tonight as I asked Metatron which Guide would bring forward the daily message, A guide came along and told me to close my eyes whilst he took me on a journey. He took me to a Different Very High Conscious Level that I had not ever visited before. The journey took me travelling through Navy Blue Skies with white large & small Spheres dotted around. When i arrived i was shown images of the Crystals... of Emeralds & especially Lapis Lazuli & I knew instantly that I was in Afghanistan... but not as we see it now... But How it is in it's Energy Level & how it will be a most amazingly powerful Energy place to be in the Future (i have also heard this from a channelling from Dianna Cooper).
At this point i was very eager to see who this was showing me this insightful wonderful information and El Morya showed me his face. He is an Ascended Master & is the chohan of the first ray, he represents the color blue and the throat chakra. He also lived in Afghanistan for many years where he learnt a lot about the Energies & he tells me tonight that his connection there is very very strong for the now & for the future...
He says that he holds & protects & will be overseeing new energies that come through to this Land that will be of Immense Peace to the rest of the world. The process of attaining Inner Contentment & Harmony is a process that, although can be assisted by others, can only be taken by you.
Another can not release an entire emotion that overcomes you again & again by any simple method... they can assist & teach you to be more aware in order to Heal yourself.

You can be saying all the affirmations in the world, eating all the most healthy foods, practicing hours of yoga a day, even sitting and meditating for hours too but if You never dare to look at your day to day actions & reactions, thoughts & behavioural patterns then the efforts are only ever at the most 50% toward achieving the goal of finding the True Inner You.
Finding the True You in amongst the "behaviour" is the most important of tasks you can ever do this lifetime.
I have met many a student who has been devout in their practice but failed to see or ever Learn about their true self becuase they have too much fear to look... so in turn they focus on the practices as an avoidance and to give an outer image of perfection to others.
When you can observe your self & then befriend the behaviour without critising it you find that life starts to flow with a different current because you have risen your entire vibration & not just part of it.
The path is then continued upward on a ladder of meeting more & more of your true self and thus raising your vibration yet higher every day.
You then really feel the difference & have an understanding of Yourself too. You can then eat a health diet without force realising the treat is in treating your body well not treating it with foods that feed it not well at all. You can practice yoga & meditation with a difference... putting full heart into the practice without focusing on being the best in position or length of stay. Most of all you can live & be in more bliss & be sharing more bliss with others on a minute by minute basis.
You can live a life of True You!!

Today i was feeling like there was just too much going on with lots of peoples worried energies gathering around me... now this was not like energy from people passing by like can happen but felt like my Light Worker bodyfor had been given an entire tray full of problems from other people to try and work out!! So I asked My Guides what this was about & how they could help & Merlin came straight to... the Forefront with the Answer & he said that this was to be shared as Today's Message.

Thoth is the Speaker...

"I have come to You all today to Teach a wonderful Magical Energy Tool, I will be working in conjunction with Merlin... so be ready for Double Magic!!

This is a great tool to use when there feels like there is a big mismatch of energies from others that has been passed on to you to Solve!! This energy has been passed on to you, as you, as the lighterworker do and can play a role in clearing & solving the issues it holds!
The aim is that you pass on this Energy, with my assistance, to Merlin in the Higher Realms & he in return sends it back Fixed & Cleared & Completed like a Solved Rubiks Cube, Then I hand it back to You to keep with you always ready to use as often as you wish! So this is A Present from Us which you need right now!

To use this tool simply call upon myself, Thoth & i will bring Merlin to work with me.

1.) So start with eyes open, by bringing your hands in front of your lower chest (middle of the ribs) about 3 inches away from your body. Now hold them seperate but as though they are holding an imaginary ball about the size of a large grapefruit between them.
2.) Now feel the energy that is within this space between your hands. Move your hands slowly up & down, to the left, to the right, feel the weight (it should feel quite heavy at this point).
3.) Now this is where i come in and place the energy into a geometric pattern inside this space so that we can send it to Merlin to transform & Clear. Move your hands in opposite direction as though agitating the ball, do this 6 times, you may feel your fingers tingle a little as the adjusting takes place.
4.) Now close your eyes and remove your hands... You will be able to visualise the ball of energy as suspended right there in front of you, it will be a colour & you may see the colours moving. Now together we will send this energy ball up to the Higher Realms where Merlin is ready waiting to catch it. You will see it, through visualisation, move very quickly through the different realms to him.
5.) Once there he will hold it for only about 15 seconds where he will solve the problems, clears the energy ball & returns it back to you. It will land and stop exactly in front of you where it left from.

Now once you see it returned open your eyes and place your hands around the energy ball like you had originally, play with it again... move it up, down, left, right and see how it feels... it will feel magically clear & light & empty!! Tools that are assisted by Lightworkers on the Earthplane such as Healing facilities, body movement classes, Teaching of various topics (not found so much if at all) in general places of study.
Then there are tools that come to you during the times when your consciousness is raised to very high levels. These tools can come during the times when you are physically asleep, in meditaion (usually guided) visiting other Dimensions, in relaxed crystal meditations & or in other times when you are in a state of "other worldliness" which can include trauma/shock.
Now the key is to allow these Tools to come to You in their own space & time... When you are vibrationally ready to take them on board.
