Today i was feeling like there was just too much going on with lots of peoples worried energies gathering around me... now this was not like energy from people passing by like can happen but felt like my Light Worker bodyfor had been given an entire tray full of problems from other people to try and work out!! So I asked My Guides what this was about & how they could help & Merlin came straight to... the Forefront with the Answer & he said that this was to be shared as Today's Message.
So the message is from Merlin & Thoth (the Atlantian Egyptian God of High Magic)...

"I have come to You all today to Teach a wonderful Magical Energy Tool, I will be working in conjunction with Merlin... so be ready for Double Magic!!
This is a great tool to use when there feels like there is a big mismatch of energies from others that has been passed on to you to Solve!! This energy has been passed on to you, as you, as the lighterworker do and can play a role in clearing & solving the issues it holds!
The aim is that you pass on this Energy, with my assistance, to Merlin in the Higher Realms & he in return sends it back Fixed & Cleared & Completed like a Solved Rubiks Cube, Then I hand it back to You to keep with you always ready to use as often as you wish! So this is A Present from Us which you need right now!
To use this tool simply call upon myself, Thoth & i will bring Merlin to work with me.
1.) So start with eyes open, by bringing your hands in front of your lower chest (middle of the ribs) about 3 inches away from your body. Now hold them seperate but as though they are holding an imaginary ball about the size of a large grapefruit between them.
2.) Now feel the energy that is within this space between your hands. Move your hands slowly up & down, to the left, to the right, feel the weight (it should feel quite heavy at this point).
3.) Now this is where i come in and place the energy into a geometric pattern inside this space so that we can send it to Merlin to transform & Clear. Move your hands in opposite direction as though agitating the ball, do this 6 times, you may feel your fingers tingle a little as the adjusting takes place.
4.) Now close your eyes and remove your hands... You will be able to visualise the ball of energy as suspended right there in front of you, it will be a colour & you may see the colours moving. Now together we will send this energy ball up to the Higher Realms where Merlin is ready waiting to catch it. You will see it, through visualisation, move very quickly through the different realms to him.
5.) Once there he will hold it for only about 15 seconds where he will solve the problems, clears the energy ball & returns it back to you. It will land and stop exactly in front of you where it left from.
6.) Now once you see it returned open your eyes and place your hands around the energy ball like you had originally, play with it again... move it up, down, left, right and see how it feels... it will feel magically clear & light & empty!! You have cleared all the Worry & Anxious Energy that had been passed to you & each person whom sent it your way will feel relief & less stress now as their problems have been answered by the Higher Realms Divine Powers.
7.) To end simply takes your hands back down and the energy ball will remain with you, just outside your body, clear as glass, ready to take on its healing role again in the future.
