"I bring you a Visualisation to practice today, in which I will Assist You in Releasing more of the Persistently Occuring Emotion which is leaving you feeling unsatisified in life & unable to move on in Peace.
Each of You knows exactly which emotion this is for You.
So i ask that you make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Now ask Me, Lady Nada, to Join you in this very Powerful Visualisation.
Next visualise that you dig into the centre of your heart and pull out a smallish piece of paper.
Now on that paper write the word of the emotion/feeling that you feel you would strongly like to release in order to set Yourself to be more free to be Your Divine True Self. (as an eg, you might write anger or frustration).
Now next imagine that you write the following on the same paper "I am ready to release you from the centre of my heart, i have no need, anymore, for you to control & hide the Divine True Self I am, I thank you for teaching me & now i comfortably & easily set you free, Good-Bye ........ (write the word you are using)."
Then hand over the piece of paper to Me, Lady Nada, & i will take it to the Great Fire of Transformation & burn it to be reborn as Pure Love.
Complete the Visualisation by seeing me sending You vast amounts of the reborn Pink Rays of Love from the 11th Ray straight into Your Heart.
